If the cross of Christ is anything to the mind, it is surely everything-the most profound reality and mystery. In the cross Christ revealed His wealth and glory and it become the center of the New Testament Thought. The glory of the cross is the result of Christ meditation on the Passion of the Lord.

For the last two Sunday’s messages about ..

Part-1WHAT DOES THE CROSS DECLARED?”-Text 1 Cor.1:18
The Man’s Guilt, Man’s become Hopelessness without Divine Grace.
And God Offer Gracious of Salvation..
Part-2 God‘s Love For Us, The Necessity of Man’s Obedience. And The Basis of Our Hope.

Today I will speak still “THE CROSS PROVES MUCH” - I am being thankful to God, for His wisdom creating us in a valuable way- since the fall of man God make a way to bring it back human being to himself.so that’s why the Cross Proves much about Us.

Our Text: 18 For the Message of the Cross is Foolishness to Those Who Are Perishing, But to Us Who Are Being Saved it is the Power of God. 1 Cor. 1:18

What Does the Cross of Christ Prove to Us? The Cross Prove:

1. The Manifestation of God’s Love. The cross proves that this Love is for every human being it doesn’t matter who you are that love is for the world.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

3 This is good, and pleases God our Savior, 4 who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus 2 Tim. 2:3-5

2 He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world. 1 John 2:2

What Does the Cross of Christ Prove to Us? The Cross Proves that:

2. The Lord is Being Patient To Us.

Timothy 1:15-16

15 It is a trustworthy statement, deserving full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, among whom I am foremost of all. 16 Yet for this reason I found mercy, so that in me as the foremost, Jesus Christ might demonstrate His perfect patience as an example for those who would believe in Him for eternal life.

9 The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance. 2 Pet. 3:9

God's Forgiveness - What's Required?

The Bible gives us the costly requirement for God's forgiveness:

"Without the shedding of Blood, there is no forgiveness" Hebrews 9:22

In the Old Testament, the continual sacrifices of unblemished lambs were required to satisfy God's wrath and judgment. However, Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died on a Roman cross and became the ultimate, once-and-for-all sacrifice for our sins. Jesus purchased God's forgiveness on our behalf when he became the Lamb of God and died on the cross for you and me.

"For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God" 1 Peter 3:18

Conclusion:

God's Forgiveness - He Paid the Price Himself

God hates sin, but He loves the sinner. The price for God's forgiveness is high, but He paid the price Himself. By Christ's loving act of grace, believers are eternally freed from the penalty and guilt of sin. Once we're covered by the Blood of Christ, God doesn't keep a record of our sins. Our forgiveness is total and complete.

WHAT DO YOU THINK?

We have all sinned and deserve God's judgment. God, the Father, sent His only Son to satisfy that judgment for those who believe in Him. Jesus, the creator and eternal Son of God, who lived a sinless life, loves us so much that He died for our sins, taking the punishment that we deserve, was buried, and rose from the dead according to the Bible. If you truly believe and trust this in your heart, receiving Jesus alone as your Savior, declaring, "Jesus is Lord," you will be saved from judgment and spend eternity with God in heaven.
