Text: John 3:16
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life”. (NIV)
Introduction:
New year / new Life:
Body:
“GIVING” the beginning and the End. What God’s give to Us?
Everything was in the beginning God gave it all.
I. GOD GAVE: The biggest gift of all is the gift of God to us.
1. The Creation:
- In Genesis 1-2:3 the story about Creation.
= giving our life to Him truly and faithfully.
= our blessings, all of this thing is coming from Him.
= our giving/tithes the 10%
Tithes - is a word of God, tithes are in the last book of the Old Testament. (Malachi 3:10)
- Moses give the Law, but our God gave us the Glory and Mercy thru His Son.
2. The promise of God/ His Promise.
In Old Testament, mentioned that the messiah is coming.
In Isaiah 9:6 theirs a vision that the messiah will coming as a child and will be born and his own all authority and his name called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
3. The Fulfillment of a Promise.
Jesus Christ was born, the Messiah, name Immanuel means God is with Us.
In the book of fulfillment, Gospel Luke was elaborate or mentioned about the story of Jesus birth, a son of God.
God will fulfill his promise.
II. GOD GAVE: The greatest gift to Us.
1. His only begotten Son. John 3:16
As we know this is greatest gift of God to Us, because he gave unconditionally, love with sacrificial love of His Son Jesus Christ.
2. No Greater than of All.
His son give His sacrificial life to save all our sin and save us with no one can pay from this.
3. The unspeakable/indescribable gift to Us.
JESUS means. The Savior
III. GOD GAVE: The Savior of all Jesus Christ.
He Save:
1. All nations, you and me, Jews and the Gentiles, all are equal that Loves he gave.
God gave his only begotten Son to save of all. Jesus Christ came to earth to know everyone, but some others will ignore Him coz they didn’t believe what the promise of God is in here right now.
2. All people become new.
Hope everyone become new. Our faith will increase not decrease, our goal will meet everyone. Our plan and everything what we had to change in our life.
3. For Every one.
After Jesus died: he resurrects and he rose again then HE BECOME A SPIRIT LIVE IN US.
He lives in our body His Spirit.
1 Corinthian 6:19-20 says “body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who lives in you by God, you do not belong to yourself. For God bought you with a high price, so you must HONOR GOD.
CONCLUSION:
“GIVING” The beginning and the End.
The End/Last:
He gave the reward of all his creation because the reward is coming from Him.
Revelation 22:12 says; my reward is with me, to repay according to everyone’s work.
And he is the last: vs.13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the Last, the beginning and the End.
That’s why this giving is came from the beginning until at the End. Giving is for everyone ...
Giving is beginning today until the end.
